We were way over our heads on our house.  We had taken three mortgages on this house and were behind on all three payments.  When we received a postcard in the mail from a company that buys houses, I was so excited!  I called Storybook Homes immediately.  Janet and Wendy came out to see if they could help me.  They were in contact with the bank to see what they could do.  I finally had debt relief and I could start over with a new beginning.  The best part was, Storybook Homes put a rent to own buyer in the house that would buy in about a year and that whole time my credit was being repaired monthly and on time payments from Storybook Homes.  Thanks Again.

My brother and myself inherited my father’s property when he passed away.  We had put the house up for sale with a realtor but had no luck.  The house was just sitting there with no offers.  The house needed a whole lot of work that we did not want to deal with.  We just wanted to sell the house and move on.  Storybook homes came by and bought the property in “as is” condition.  It was amazing that someone could see the potential this house had.  We had stopped by several times during their rehab and it looked fantastic.  Thanks again Storybook Homes.
